Overview TRC Advanced Energy (TRC) is a nationally known energy efficiency consultancy. TRC collaborates with clients to develop and implement market transforming programs and initiatives that promote energy efficiency, renewable energy, and green building in multiple market sectors across the US and around the world. These initiatives reduce energy costs, improve the health and safety conditions of buildings, while also helping the environment by reducing greenhouse gas emissions. TRC acts nationally to address some of our country's most challenging problems: global climate change and energy independence. TRC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support the management of income qualified residential solutions programs in Kentucky. Through the program, we deliver home assessments, education surrounding energy efficiency and health and safety, and the installation of basic energy-saving measures to income-qualified residential customers in single family homes and multifamily properties. This position will act as the Senior Project Manager responsible for a wide variety of functions related to the daily staff and program management, operations, and performance of program implementation services. The program also works with clients, customers, subcontractors and trade allies to improve the energy efficiency of residential homes and facilities across the territory. The Manager should have a good understanding of the energy landscape of the region and relationships to help drive outreach strategy for pipeline development and innovative solutions to push projects to completion. A hands-on approach combined with technical knowledge is desired to push the team to achieve program goals. Responsibilities

Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.
