Responsibilities

The Project Engineer will assist the CDC in supervising, managing and directing on-going construction projects for the organization. Will provide day to day coordination of construction projects, shall ensure that all requirements, regulations and documentation involving these construction projects are completed. Will assist the Facilities Department, as Directed by the CDC, in transitioning/integrating the construction projects into the existing facility operation.



Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree required in engineering or related field or 5 years of experience in healthcare engineering and/or construction.

  1. Business analytics for Facilities' operations, energy management for bench marking.

  2. Utilize Smartsheet to create and maintain dashboards for departmental use, monitoring progress and key metrics.

  3. Provide training for IT based application for Facility Operations.

  4. Manage Project documentation.

  5. Oversee project management software throughout the design, planning, and execution phases of projects.

  6. Develop applications and dashboards for Stake holders and consultants.

  7. Create applications and dashboards to track utilities for system hospitals leveraging Programs for example Power BI for detailed insights and visualization.

  8. Possess strong SQL Server and T-SQL development skills, including data analysis, query optimization, and best practices.

  9. Preferred Experienced in database design, development, implementation, troubleshooting, and support of data solutions.

Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $66,560.00 to $100,380.80 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
