As part of the Sales Strategy and Operations Planning team, you'll be at the core of driving the insights and strategy that fuel our Sales team's success. This role is an ideal launchpad for anyone eager to learn how a fast-scaling business operates, with former team members having gone on to leadership roles such as VPs and COOs in other companies. As a key contributor, you'll engage in a variety of high-impact projects-taking ideas from concept to implementation-while collaborating cross-functionally with teams across sales, finance, product, and operations to ensure smooth and scalable growth. A Verkada employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on their role, including sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
