The Consumer Growth Marketing organization is responsible for creating marketing strategies driven by consumer, industry, and performance insights. Our team is responsible for leading cross functional marketing initiatives for the Verizon Consumer Group. We create holistic strategies that consider the entire business and integrated marketing approaches that drive incremental growth for both Mobile and Home lines of business. This role on the Acquisition Strategy and Product Marketing team will work closely with business sponsors and Marketing organization teams to develop marketing strategies, plans through execution. The focus of this role will be to develop a strategic vision that achieves desired results for Verizon while influencing cross functional teams to execute aligned, actionable plans. You will impact the business as a thought leader: creating and driving the customer-centric marketing approaches that bring the right message to the right consumer at the right moment in time. You'll strategize, plan, and manage large and small campaigns by analyzing research and insights to build strategic direction, clearly and concisely communicating strategic vision including senior level presentations, and leading cross functional teams independently to execute those plans. For part-timers, your coverage will vary as you may be eligible for some of these benefits depending on your individual circumstances. If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $119,000.00 and $241,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours. |
