Job Description

As a Sales Intern with RRD, you will gain experience through a "hands on" Internship which covers all aspects of the Sales process. Your Internship experience will not be traditional. You will be immediately integrated into your sales region as well as your Intern cohort, which consists of other sales Interns across the United States.

In your Internship you will have the opportunity to contribute to real sales, you will contact real clients and prospects. You will work on projects that address a real business issue we are facing. You will meet and learn from countless professionals to build your professional network. You will leave RRD a stronger Sales Professional and you will offer us thoughts and insights to help us continue to thrive.

Responsibilities:

  • 5 days of Sales Training
  • 3 Days of training on our products and solutions
  • An individual project and presentation which tackles a regional Sales issue.
  • A group project and presentation to address an RRD BusinessInitiative
  • Opportunity to shadow experienced Sales Reps
  • Opportunity to visit our manufacturing facilities
  • Compete in a summer long sales competition
  • Have fun while doing all of the above!

This Internship is one of our primary paths to the Full-time opportunities in our Associate Development Program after graduation.


Qualifications
  • Open to rising college Juniors and Seniors.Business Management, Marketing or Sales majors are preferred, but all majors will be considered
  • Strong communication ability
  • Ability to work both in a team and independently
  • Critical and Analytical thinking ability
  • Motivated to learn and develop
  • Desire to help and support both team members and those outside the team
  • Ability to learnnew technology quickly

Additional Information

The rate of pay for this role at the noted location is $18.00 / hour. In addition to base pay, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include overtime.
