Dynamic Ratings continues to grow and we are adding more Control Panel Assemblers to our team! The Control Panel Assembler assembles and performs basic electrical tests, sub-assembly, and fine soldering of our products to meet standards for safety, quality, and productivity. Products are standardized as are assembly methods. In this role, you will perform: Wire cutting & stripping, soldering, crimping, and quality testing of finished assemblies. Some assembly of controls. Repetitive bench assembly of sub-assemblies, bushing sensors, and other PD sensors. To be successful in this role, you should have: A high school diploma or the equivalent; some technical college education preferred. The ability and desire to perform repetitive tasks, including wire stripping, wire cutting, and soldering. Familiarity with tools such as soldering irons, wire strippers, screw drivers, and drills. The knowledge to read mechanical prints. Proven ability to meet quality and productivity standards. Solid Microsoft PC skills preferred. The ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Does this sound like you?
