Quality Control Laboratory Technician
Job Responsibilities
- Testing raw materials, In-process testing, finished products, and doing stability studies.
- Analysis of samples by HPLC, AA, FTIR, UV visible spectroscopy, etc.
- Conduct all quality QC chemical tests.
- Conduct various analytical testing procedures as per manufacturing/QC SOPs
- Method development and method validation of biotechnological products.
- Troubleshooting of instrumentations like HPLC, GC, AA, etc.
- Laboratory testing like LOD, ASH, %Protein, Solid content, Nitrogen analysis, etc.
- Review & maintain laboratory data, notebooks, records, etc.
- Support R&D in the growth of single-celled plants, fermentation, nutritional supplementation, solid dose formulation, and evaluation of physiological and biological activity of nutrients.
- Support innovation in health and nutrition, the development of unique and new products such as food additives, coloring, and flavoring agents.
- Support design and development of experimental protocols, SOPs, etc., consistent with cGMP/GLP.
- Report monthly on supplies for QC orders involving devices and reagents.
- Maintenance and implementation of regulations like cGMP, GLP, FDA, OSHA, EPA.
