Claremont, CA Job Posting Title: Facilities Systems CoordinatorJob Description: PRIMARY PURPOSE/GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Reporting to the Facilities Office Manager, the Facilities Systems Coordinator will be responsible for the implementation and support of the CMMS (Computer Maintenance Management System) and will manage energy efficiency activities for Scripps College.The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that all work orders and tasks are aligned with the most current regulatory standards, codes and requirements. QUALIFICATION STANDARDS: EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering, Data Science/Analytics, Information Systems, or any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and ability to perform the job. 2-3 years' experience in a data management and customer service environment is preferred. LICENSES / CERTIFICATES: None. OTHER: HOURS & CLASSIFICATION AND STATUS: This is a regular status, full-time, benefits-eligible, non-exempt position. The regular hours for this position are Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.Hours may vary due to the needs of the department or College. Hourly rate range: $25.00-$31.00. The hourly rate of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty, andtraining. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: None.
