Senior Communications Consultant - Consumer Benefit Solutions Are you interested in a communications position that allows you to work as a content writer, project manager, and client consultant? Aon Consumer Benefit Solutions is hiring for a Senior Communications Consultant in a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Hammonton, NJ office. Candidates will also be considered for fully virtual if not located in New Jersey. What the day will look likeSenior Communications Consultants develop open enrollment communications campaigns for clients' annual benefits enrollment periods. Materials range from posters and postcards to benefit guides, microsites, videos and more. A typical day includes 60% content development, 20% project management, and 20% client consulting. Responsibilities include:
Senior Communications Consultants work autonomously as the communications subject matter experts for their clients. They manage open enrollment campaigns from design and content creation to distribution and web development. Yet they have the support of the full-service communications team including production, design, and web development. They also collaborate with Health Solutions and Account Management to tailor campaigns to meet clients' needs and reach their employee populations. Skills and experience that will lead to success
Education
The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $80,000 to $85,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Hammonton, New Jersey. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
