AWS Cloud Migration SME The Opportunity: As organizations strive to leverage the full potential of cloud computing, many struggle with the complexities of migration. As an AWS Cloud Migration SME, you possess the expertise to guide clients through their journey from on-premises infrastructure to the AWS cloud. In this role, you'll lead our team of specialists, utilizing AWS's cutting-edge services to help clients modernize and migrate their applications, addressing their most challenging business objectives. As a key leader on our team, you'll architect, implement, and manage AWS cloud environments, designing optimal migration strategies for our client's diverse application portfolios. This position offers the chance to apply industry-leading methodologies and technologies, including AWS-native services, containerization, serverless architectures, and advanced analytics capabilities, like Amazon SageMaker for AI/ML workloads. You'll work cross-functionally to ensure seamless application migrations, covering all aspects, including computing, storage, networking, databases, security, and AWS-specific services. With access to our internal AWS environments and resources, you'll have the opportunity to explore innovative solutions to our clients' migration challenges. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders and guide your team in delivering tailored AWS migration solutions that align with best practices and Well-Architected Framework principles. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $110,100.00 to $250,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
