Your Role on the Team The Director of Development, Sue & Bill Gross School of Nursing, is a fundraising professional who plays a critical role in implementing the fundraising campaign and vision for the School. Reporting directly to the Senior Executive Director of Development, Health Advancement and working under the strategic direction of the Dean, the Director of Development ensures that all fundraising efforts align with the School's goals and priorities. The Director will collaborate closely with the Senior Executive Director of Development, Health Advancement, to execute these strategies, securing philanthropic investments that support the School's mission. This role requires a high degree of coordination with both the Dean and University Advancement to achieve fundraising objectives. The Director of Development's effectiveness will be evaluated on their ability to achieve financial goals and meet metrics and they will be expected to be a highly collaborative colleague with other development officers on the Health Advancement team and across the campus.
