The Contribution You'll bring to this Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Manager of PPC to join our dynamic team. This role requires a blend of analytical prowess and creative thinking, perfect for someone who excels in managing complex PPC campaigns within the e-commerce sector and driving measurable success. The ideal candidate will not only strategize but also dive deep into hands-on execution, overseeing both agency collaborations and direct campaign management. You will be responsible for driving growth, maximizing ROI, and managing significant PPC budgets across multiple platforms.

About the Team:

As a member of our team, the Manager of PPC will play a crucial role in driving our digital advertising efforts to new heights. You'll be responsible for strategizing and executing complex PPC campaigns across multiple platforms, with a focus on maximizing ROI and driving measurable success. This role offers the chance to collaborate with some of the best professionals in the field, contributing to the growth and success of a company that's at the forefront of safety solutions.

What You'll Do at Justrite:



  • Develop and refine PPC strategies across Google, Bing and other platforms as relevant, to support e-commerce growth and lead generation
  • Conduct comprehensive key word research and create ad copies that are compelling, effective and targeted to the right customers.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of PPC campaigns across a large and diverse portfolio of product categories and Business units
  • Oversee external agency/agencies to ensure adherence to our strategic goals, stepping in to guide and rectify as needed.
  • Optimize the combination of in-house PPC vs use of external agencies to better manage total PPC spend and increased spend effectiveness.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of campaign performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor and adjust the PPC approach and execution to achieve best in class conversion, quality score and Return on Ad spend.
  • Collaborate with business unit leaders to craft and refine campaign strategies, contributing directly to the creation and optimization of campaigns.
  • Allocate and manage budgets across campaigns, ensuring optimal spend for maximum return.
  • Build robust reports and present strategic insights and results to the C-suite, informing decision-making processes at the highest level.
  • Guide and collaborate with (digital) marketing and e-commerce team on critical tasks such as content development, analytics troubleshooting, and landing page construction essential for successful ad campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in PPC and digital advertising, continuously enhancing our practices and outcomes.


Your Skills and Expertise:



  • To ensure your success from day one in this role, Justrite requires the following qualifications at a minimum:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in PPC experience
  • Proven expertise in managing sizable PPC campaigns within the e-commerce sector, comfortable handling a vast array of physical products and categories.
  • Extensive experience with Google and Microsoft Ads advertising platforms, including specific expertise in Google Merchant Center, Performance Max, and Demand Generation.


Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:



  • Demonstrable skills in managing shopping feeds and feed management tools, with a strong understanding of freight and tax implications within Google Ads.
  • Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to identify trends and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills, capable of leading initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong strategic acumen with the ability to engage in hands-on campaign development and optimization.
  • Familiarity with budget management, campaign analysis, and reporting with actionable insights.
  • Ability to lead and educate others within the team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
  • Deep understanding of the role of PPC to a business and the ability to apply that to the PPC strategy
  • Experience in digital marketing for product-based ecommerce business is highly desirable.
  • Professional certifications in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, or equivalent platforms.
  • Familiarity with GA4 and varying attribution models for reporting.
  • While a college degree is not required, substantial experience and demonstrated success in managing large budgets and complex PPC campaigns are essential.


Compensation:

The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000.

Actual base salaries will vary and may be above or below the recommended pay range based on factors such as but not limited to location, relevant experience and performance. Additionally, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan to enhance their overall total compensation package when Justrite Safety Group and their business units achieve annual business and financial targets.
