About the job

We are looking for someone who has the technical chops to own our data queries and reporting, the analytical skills to define robust metrics, and the business mind to translate data into meaningful stories to drive action within our partner sales org. This role will be based out of our Boston or New York City offices.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our partner sales team, analyzing the business and advising leaders with a data-centric approach
  • Writing Advanced SQL queries to automate reporting and provide accurate data
  • Develop Tableau and Salesforce dashboards to surface key metrics that drive the business
  • Play a vital role the partner commissions process and resolve queries related to commissions
  • Salesforce record management - ensure partner data is reflected accurately in our system of record and resolve queries related to partner crediting
  • Working with internal customers across different time zones
  • Request triage and prioritization
  • Create requirement gathering docs, estimate project timelines, UAT scenarios, automation release
  • Reviewing SQL code work for accuracy and functionality
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and technology developments


Requirements

  • 2+ years of work experience in an analytical role of a sales operations, revenue operations, or FP&A teams for Tech SaaS B2B companies
  • Strong SQL proficiency
  • Experienced in managing end-to-end analytics projects, from developing business cases and collaborating with stakeholders to delivering successful outcomes such as analyses, dashboards, models, or training materials
  • Ability to articulate data-driven insights to diverse audiences, including senior leadership
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on process improvement
  • highly skilled with Google Suite or Microsoft Office products
  • Prior experience working with Salesforce.com and familiarity with the Opportunity flow, Sales Process, Account structure, searching, editing records.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Operations, Business, Project Management, Engineering

MongoDB's base salary range for this role is posted below. Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB's total compensation and benefits package. Other benefits for eligible employees may include: equity, participation in the employee stock purchase program, flexible paid time off, 20 weeks fully-paid gender-neutral parental leave, fertility and adoption assistance, 401(k) plan, mental health counseling, access to transgender-inclusive health insurance coverage, and health benefits offerings. Please note, the base salary range listed below and the benefits in this paragraph are only applicable to U.S.-based candidates.
