Job Summary

If improving processes, enabling teams, and helping drive customer revenue retention and growth is your passion, we are looking for a senior level professional to drive key revenue and customer programs. You will have the opportunity to be a key player in a growth company within the Account Management and Customer Success team.

You will define business and stakeholder requirements for more complex programs and key initiatives, develop business and program requirements, utilize existing content, develop content as necessary, and execute program release plans. Programs include, but are not limited to: Executive Sponsor Program, Customer Segmentation, Risk and Retention, Top Account Reviews, Contract Process Management, Technology initiatives (Salesforce, Gainsight, Pendo) to enable our teams. Through influence and relationship management, coordinate projects and facilitate collaboration across functions and teams. Manage ongoing program operations and evangelize programs, give presentations, and write copy as necessary to explain and promote programs to internal and external audiences.

What you will do



  • Complete discovery to develop an understanding of business requirements, key stakeholders, and cross functional business relationships in order to execute on customer and revenue programs that are aligned to our company and customer priorities.
  • Create cross-functional programs and execution plans with buy-in from stakeholders.
  • Work with Executives, Functional Leaders, Operations, Finance, Product and/or Marketing and/or other functional teams to execute, launch and communicate programs
  • Build out communications and change management plans that support velocity and impact/ROI of program implementation.
  • Design program business intelligence capabilities that empower us to understand the reach and impact of our programs; work with Revenue operations to build and evolve
  • Keep the necessary internal and external teams informed about substantial changes to our programs so that they are equipped to speak to the initiatives, plans and targeted outcomes
  • May write design documents and technical specifications for program components.
  • Evangelize programs internally and externally. Informs internal teams about program features and benefits. Assists managers with planning and design.
  • Manage ongoing program operations. Monitors and reports on program financial model, budget and performance. Identifies ways to leverage program strengths and resolves challenges as they arise.
  • Participate in special projects and performs other duties as required.


Must have:



  • Typically 6 to 8 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience.
  • 5 or more years of related program management or similar function. May hold one or more industry certifications (PMP, Six Sigma, etc)
  • Excellent understanding of industry practices in a go-to-market/revenue team
  • Strong proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures (Salesforce, Microsoft tools, etc)
  • Strong planning/organizational skills and techniques
  • Strong decision making, analysis and problem-solving skills with ability to multi-task
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to deliver difficult messages
  • Ability to build partnerships at all levels within the company, ability to build partnerships externally
  • Good negotiating skills
  • Resolve complex issues in effective ways
  • Project management, consultative skills and ability to manage a budget
  • Aptitude for self-directed study and willingness to learn about technical products with limited guidance. Ability to work with multiple internal clients on concurrent projects. Ability and willingness to deliver presentations and training.
  • Experience (5+ years) working in related functional area; program management experience a B2B capacity across a variety of mediums (e.g. email, webinars etc.) in a similar capacity at Saas, Cloud, and on Prem companies highly desired
  • Proven track record of influencing and leading strategy and working with account teams and senior services leads.
  • Proven track record of working across cross-functional stakeholders and making strategic recommendations to evolve high-profile, high-impact programs.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills with the ability to present to different audiences.
  • Must be highly organized and possess exceptional time management skills, with the ability to effectively juggle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Sound business judgment, a proven ability to influence others, analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership, leading data-driven analyses, and influencing results.


Nice to have:



  • Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent a plus.
  • Advanced working knowledge of tools like Salesforce, Gainsight Microsoft products are a huge plus.


The posted range for this position is $88,000 to $130,000 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for a 10% bonus not reflected in the posted range.
