Your Role

The Tech Solutions Engineering Intern will operate in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment which requires flexibility, adaptability, initiative as well as excellent organization and problem-solving skills.This position will be located in Warren, OH.

Key job responsibilities for this role include:

• Coordinate design and design change activities for various electrified vehicle customers
• Work closely with product development teams to align Aptiv technology with customer needs and business pursuit
• Lead implementation of the latest technologies into Aptiv product designs
• Exploit Aptiv product differentiators that provides a competitive advantage (technology, cost, quality, services)
• Leverage Aptiv organizations/products into technical solution proposals for new business opportunities
• Work with Aptiv sales and Business Lines to ensure business objectives are met
• Create and deliver technically strong customer presentations
• Support, and work closely, with Aptiv Electrification teams in other regions
• Available to monitor and participate in harness and customer launch activities
• Ensure compliance with customer specific requirements

Experience & Qualifications:

• Min. year 3 in Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical preferred)
• 1+ years' experience in a team environment
• 1+ years' experience in Electrical Schematics/Vehicle mechanizations understanding

Nice to have:

• Excellent Communication skills - written and verbal
• Multi-tasking team player with a hands-on approach
• Exposure to manufacturing environment
• CAD experience
