We are looking for a highly motivated and intellectually curious Senior Manager, FP&A - Go-To-Market to join our FP&A Team, reporting to the VP, FP&A. This role will work closely with our Leadership Teams within the Go-To-Market and the G&A functions, specifically the President - GTM, Chief People Officer and General Council; and will bring a CFO mindset to how we support the business.

The ideal candidate is a result-oriented, top performer with demonstrated experience in building strong business partner relationships and has the ability to synthesize data into insights that provide tangible results to the business. This role will be responsible for driving the financial budgeting, forecasting, and analytics of our GTM and G&A functions.

Experience in a $100M+ in ARR, hyper-growth SaaS company, Sales Finance experience, prior use of Adaptive Insights, Workday or another similar tool, and full cycle budgeting and planning knowledge are preferred.


The Senior Manager of FP&A, GTM at Collibra is responsible for

  • Embed within the business and establish strategic finance partnership with GTM and G&A Leadership. Lead strategic and financial planning processes supporting business objectives.
  • Develop robust driver-based top-line, resourcing, financial and ROI models to support business objectives
  • Revenue - own and manage the company revenue and ARR forecasting models
  • Distill KPIs into relevant key metrics to drive in-depth modeling and analysis
  • Analyze monthly results and communicate messages to senior management, including risks and opportunity assessment, business trends and make recommendations to help improve the business' growth and profitability.
  • Build scenarios to address business questions and evaluate new revenue streams
  • Build outstanding and effective relationships with cross-functional teams (including People Team, GTM Operations, etc).
  • Refine and automate data systems and tools to track performance, provide reporting solutions and enhance insights
  • Support monthly and quarterly BvA, Board and management reporting packages


You have

  • Risen through the ranks as a FP&A analyst/manager yourself, and now have 4+ years experience in corporate finance / FP&A.
  • Global company experience (public company and IPO experience a plus), building strong relationships with business partners across functions and countries
  • Expertise in understanding, planning, and analyzing SaaS/ARR businesses models, and operational and financial metrics.
  • Strong knowledge and familiarity of financial reporting / accounting concepts; particularly under ASC 606 guidelines
  • Experience building and/or scaling the FP&A function in a high-growth, dynamic environment, including managing, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team.
  • Experience using financial planning tools (particularly great if you have experience with Adaptive Planning)
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent related working experience is required
  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship

Compensation for this role

The standard base salary range for this position is $140,000 - $165,000 per year. This position is eligible for additional commission-based compensation. Salary offers are based on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, and location.

In addition to base salary, we offer equity ownership at every level, bonus potential, a Flex Fund monthly stipend, pension/401k plans, and more.
