Assistant/Associate Professor - Pediatric GI - Expertise in Inflammatory Bowel Disease

The Department of Pediatrics' Division of Gastroenterology, Hepatology & Nutrition at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine seeks a full-time, non-tenure-eligible Clinician Educator at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor to participate in the highly successful Inflammatory Bowel Disease Program.

The successful candidate must have demonstrable experience in the care of pediatric patients with IBD and qualify for appointment at the Assistant or Associate Professor level. Evidence of productive clinical or basic research will strongly support any candidate for the position. Salary is commensurate with experience and will be competitive. Starting date is flexible.

The successful candidate will join an expanding group of vibrant and dedicated academic pediatric gastroenterologists (https://www.luriechildrens.org/en/specialties-conditions/pediatric-gastroenterologist/). The section is currently composed of 24 MDs and 2 PhD faculty members, 11 nurse practitioners, and 6 fellows. The Section has over 18,000 annual patient visits and performs over 2,000 procedures with a busy endoscopy program.
