Maersk Warehousing and Distribution USA LLC handles end-to-end warehousing and distribution logistics needs utilizing our strategic network of storage facilities. Job Purpose/Summary

The Performance Manager is responsible for building a comprehensive performance management analysis capability, inclusive of KPIs, performance metrics, and data trends for the Specialized Maersk Ground Freight (MGF) business unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and lead the performance management analysis function.
  • Run analytical data to support KPIs and customer-specific analysis to drive financial and operational improvements.
  • Partner with the Commercial, Delivery, and Customer Experience teams in the development of KPIs and solutions to drive customer outcomes.
  • Identify and communicate with key stakeholders.
  • Gather, review and analyze business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports and other key metrics usingdata analytics tools.
  • Liaise between various business departments and groups.
  • Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling.
  • Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes, and operations.
  • Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Gathering insights about issues that need resolving or processes that can be improved.
  • Create comprehensive reports and presentations based on gathered intel with the intent to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Prepare performance insight data gathered from business intelligence information.

Skills and Experience

  • Advanced experience with Tableau and Power BI.
  • Previous experience in the ground freight industry required.
  • Proven history within performance management required.
  • Critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements, and operational decisions.
  • Resourcefulness and creative, out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Experience testing and mapping various business processes and protocols.
  • Highly analytical and data oriented.
  • Strategic thinking
  • Ability to create structure for data processes and drive best practices across product excellence.

Pay Range:

$125,000 - $140,000*

*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
