Description

The University Hospitals Transplant Institute is seeking a Nurse Manager to lead a dynamic, interdisciplinary team dedicated to supporting patients throughout their transplant journey. In this role, you'll advocate for and enhance positive patient experiences. As the Transplant Institute grows, you'll have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth, development, and organizational change. You'll collaborate closely with the Quality Team to enhance processes and uphold high standards, while also serving as a key influencer in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients. Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace.
