Job Description:

Required Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree and 10 years Technology experience with extensive technical breadth OR 14 years Information Technology experience with extensive technical experience; 8 of those years in Mainframe specific Technology.

• 4 years of progressive management and/or leadership in technical areas.

• Technical knowledge & understanding of Mainframe Components (zOS, MQ, CICS, DB2,Performanace & Capacity Management etc).

• Technical knowledge & understanding of Scheduling Tools such as Control M

• Technical Knowledge & understanding of peripheral components such as Mainframe Storage , VTL etc.

• Experience in driving cost optimization initiatives (MIPS Reductions/SW Rationalization etc).

• Vendor and IT sourcing management, customer relationship management and strong customer service orientation.

• Problem solving / analytical skills, tools and techniques.

• Well versed in Organizational Change management and conflict management in high pressure situations.

• Ability to establish and maintain trust with customers and partners at all levels of the organization.

• Drive cross-functional execution and leverage a lean operating model.

• Adaptability and ability to introduce / manage change.

• Smart risk taking.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in relevant field (IT, Engineering).

• IT standards, procedures, policies.

• Knowledge of relevant technologies in storage, mainframe, compute, and networking.

• Oral & written communications.

• Provide effective employee development.
