Pediatric Hospitalist - MedStar St. Mary's Hospital

MedStar Medical Group is currently seeking pediatric hospitalist physicians to join our team in Full-time, Part-time, and PRN positions for our amazing program at MedStar St. Mary's Hospital.Our pediatric hospitalists will have responsibility for providing high-quality medical care to pediatric patients admitted in our newborn nurseries, and ER consults.

MedStar St. Mary's Hospital, nestled in the waterside community of Leonardtown, Maryland, is a 120-bed, full-service hospital, delivering state-of-the-art emergency, acute inpatient, and outpatient care. Our pediatric hospitalists cover newborn nursery, attend high risk deliveries and C-sections.

The ideal candidate will hold current Maryland licensure/eligibility and be BC/BE in pediatrics. Recent pediatric hospitalist experience and skills in neonatal resuscitation following the current NRP guidelines, including intubation and line placement, management of general pediatric disorders, and stabilization prior to transport are required. Excellent communication skills and an ability to work with a wide array of professionals are essential. Several shift opportunities are available.

This position has a hiring range of $170,044 - $222,544
