The Department of Accounting and Information Systems of Rutgers Business School, Rutgers University invites applications for Part-Time Lecturer (
PTL)/ Coadjutant teaching positions in the Accounting Program during the Fall Semester of the 2021-2022 academic year. Course appointments are in Newark and /or New Brunswick campuses.
Successful Applicants will instruct undergraduate or graduate level courses in Accounting, Auditing, Accounting Information Systems, and Taxation.
Courses will be offered in a traditional setting as well as in hybrid and online formats. Course are taught in the New Brunswick campus, the Newark campus as well as in other locations in the state of New Jersey.
Instructors are expected to attend orientation, submit syllabus, respond to student emails and submit grades as per the contract. |

Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience |
Masters or Juris Doctorate or
CPA. Doctorate or
ABD preferred. Prior teaching and/ or industry experience is also preferred.

Immunization Requirements
Under Policy 100.3.1 Immunization Policy for Covered Individuals, if employment will commence during Flu Season, Rutgers University may require certain prospective employees to provide proof that they are vaccinated against Seasonal Influenza for the current Flu Season, unless the University has granted the individual a medical or religious exemption.
