JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: The Food Service Production Worker works in support of the Housing and Food Services management team at Penn State Berks to facilitate and perform a variety of tasks including customer service, food and beverage preparation, register duties, general housekeeping and other related functions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, food preparation, including usage of knives and kitchen equipment, stocking and operating made to order and self-serve food stations, washing dishes and general cleaning. Multiple openings and shifts are available including Monday through Friday 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and Sunday through Thursday 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. This is for part-time opening for 20 hrs a week.
