JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Familias Unidas is a family skill-building program for Latino families. Specifically, this program targets Spanish-speaking parents/caregivers of youth ages 12-16. The program involves 8 weekly, 2-hour parent group meetings with approximately 10-12 families, and four individual, one-hour home visits with each family to discuss challenges and ways to apply the information learned in the parent sessions.
