Job Summary: Ensuring that the organization is equipped with a workforce that can continue to operate and maintain the AirTrain. The Trainer is responsible for developing the skills of the employees. Responsibilities: Teaching a variety of technical, safety and administrative training classes through classroom lecture, practical demonstration, and individual lessons. Prepare lesson plans for each training class. Prepare learning material for classes by reviewing content to ensure information is current. Update material as required. Prepare and conduct New Hire Introductory Training. Develop new skills in employees by utilizing shift blueprints and employee development plans. Research new teaching methods. Attend education conferences. Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications: Exceptional Verbal and Written communication skills. Excellent Time Management and Organizational abilities. Extraordinary Public Speaking and Presentation Skills. Expert in MS Office and E-Learning software. Flexibility is a MUST.
