YOUR OPPORTUNITY We have an exciting Feed Ingredient Merchandising Trainee opportunity in Rolla, KS. The Feed Ingredient Merchandising Trainee program is designed to prepare the candidate for a future role on the feed ingredient merchandising team. The Trainee will work with ingredient inventory, ingredient ordering, ingredient purchasing, logistics, accounting, and customer service. Learning how to execute grain purchases, contracts, and settlements. Along with these areas, the Trainee will also learn the basics of documentation such as: contract balances, storage balances, and pricing information. The individual will be introduced to consumer risk management strategies for both cash grain (basis) trading, as well as futures/options trading.
