(MTSI) is searching for an Executive Secretary to provide high-level admin support directly to SZYO /Cyber Ops Commander (management of meetings and personal calendar, conduct admin research, liaison between the Commander, the office, and outside orgs, receiving visitors, arranging calls, and setting up meetings) in Colorado Springs, CO.

How you will contribute to our National Security and Defense mission:

As the Executive Secretary, you will provide support to the Defensive Cyber Operations - Space (DCO-S) organization within Space Systems Command (SSC) in its mission to continuously create, refine, and deliver world-class cyber operations capabilities to address threats within the Space Domain.

Responsibilities:

Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to:

• Provide high-level admin support directly to Cyber Operations Sq Commander
• Conduct admin research, liaison between the Commander, the office, and outside orgs, receiving visitors, arranging calls.
• Manage the Commander's calendar, keeping track of schedules/appointments; Schedules and prepares Government and private facilities for internal and external meetings.
• Manage the schedule and communications of the Commander, including prioritizing emails, phone calls and other correspondence; Gathers documents to prepare for meetings and provides day-to-day administrative assistance.
• Prepares correspondence, draft memos and prepares communications on the Commander's behalf.
• Maintains comprehensive and accurate records
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications Required:

• 3 to 10 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or similar role
• Experience using MS365 Office Suite.
• Understanding Defense Department and/or Space Force organizational structure, policies, and culture

Education:

• Bachelor's or MA/MS degree.
• 10 years of related professional experience is accepted in lieu of a degree.

Clearance Requirements:

• Must possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.

The pay range for this position in Colorado is $74,500/year to $94,700/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on established government contract rates, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and other factors. MTSI also offers a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the position offered. This information is provided per the Colorado Equal Pay Act. Base pay information is based on market location.
