HVAC Tech Maintenance Shift: 1st, (7am-1pm) Pay: $25/hr Job Description: Perform preventive maintenance on all HVAC equipment (of refrigeration units, isolated heating and ventilating units, including boilers, gas, and electrically operated air conditioning equipment) across 7 facilities, this includes roof top units. Perform trouble shooting and conduct repairs on all HVAC equipment as needed. Repair or replace defective parts in units and equipment and their controls, including (but not limited to) thermostats, automatic switches, fan controls, log switches, damper motors, louvers, relays, filters, etc. Maintain log of tasks performed and write reports as required. Advise Maintenance Department as to required parts and material inventory to support HVAC equipment. Operate a variety of hand/power tools and test equipment utilized in the trade. Coordinate with outside contractors to install new equipment. Support the maintenance department with various other facilities related maintenance as needed.
