Position Title: Die & Machine Setter
Salary: $53,000 per year Shift: 1st; 2nd Hours: 6:00am-4:00pm; 4:00pm-2:00am QPS Employment Group has a great Die & Machine Setter position available at a company in Rockford, IL. This is a 1st and 2nd shift direct hire position. Die & Machine Setter Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Responsible for pulling tools, cleaning, changing over and set-up. - Trouble shoot and create fixes. Die & Machine Setter Requirements: - Focused and resilient with a mechanical aptitude. - Experience with CNC- Setup, Stamping & Cutting Setup, Automotive Mechanics, Machine experience that is stamping or cutting w/ set-up preferred. - Formal education in Welding or CNC Set-up. - Mechanical aptitude. - Ability to intuitively understand how things work and understand set-up and trouble shoot problems. david.franz@qpsemployment.com About us: QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the Midwest.
