Overview
New Orleans, LA Field Services Unit is looking for a Construction Engineer/ Bridge Inspection Engineer with interest and experience in the inspection of major Bridge Structures. Field Services Unit - Main responsibilities include condition inspection of major bridge structures, related highway structures and tunnels, and construction inspection of bridge and other projects. M&M's expertise in coatings inspection is also housed in this unit, as is our technical access (rope climbing) program. Staff in the Field Services unit is mostly composed of Structural Engineers and Technicians. We diagnose ailments with instrumentation and testing, predict structural behavior with strain gauge sensors, and use technical and rope access to reduce the cost of inspections and their impact on travelers."
