Job Description:

?SAP BRIM Implementation for HPEs digital transformation. This position will focus on implementing XaaS business models using BRIM. Come be a part of using the latest SAP technology and modernizing HPEs processes and user experience!

This position requires XaaS business knowledge, direct interaction with business and functional teams, hands on system development expertise of SAP BRIM.

As a technical member of the SAP BRIM team you will assist the HPE XaaS team in planning, delivering and managing large, complex full life-cycle initiatives along with providing experience in leading practices, methods, and resources in the space of transforming the business into new XaaS business motions. You will be responsible for leading, architecting, designing, building and delivering such initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • System Design and Integration:
    • Design scalable and sustainable SAP solutions, considering system integration, performance, scale, resiliency, and overall system architecture.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and technologies.
  • Technical Leadership:
    • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the project team, including developers and system administrators.
    • Mentor team members on SAP best practices and ensure adherence to established standards.
    • Evaluate SAP roadmap, provide recommendations on tools, sw and implementation strategies.
    • Participates as a member of and leads cross-functional development teams. Performs analysis of cross-functional and complex business requirements.
    • Ability to work e2e from solution architecture, technical design to development.
  • Performance Optimization:
    • Identify and address performance bottlenecks, ensuring optimal system performance and responsiveness.
    • Conduct regular reviews and assessments to optimize the SAP landscape and infrastructure.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders:
    • Work closely with functional team to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions and perform fit/gap analysis to standard SAP.
    • Collaborate with SAP functional consultants to align technical decisions with functional requirements.
    • Ability to work with 3rd part SW vendor on integration of tools, influence of strategy and roadmaps
  • Hands-On: Perform hands-on development aligned to functional needs and platform standards

Education and Experience Required:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree
  • 10 years of implementing SAP and 3 years of BRIM implementation experience
  • Hands-on development experience supporting large scale implementations, Experience in development on SAP CRM and/or SAP BRIM projects.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP CRM, SOM, Fiori, Gateway, oData, Advanced ABAP and ABAP.
  • Multiple years of experience writing SAP code, such as, and not limited to, ABAP, oData, Restful ABAP, Fiori, SAPUI5, CDS
  • Have advanced understanding of modern software development methodologies, including Jira, GitHub, Confluence
  • Prior implementation experience in SAP BRIM/SOM/CC/CI will be an added advantage.
  • S/4 HANA experience required. HANA modeling

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a SAP developer with a track record of successful SAP large scale implementations that demonstrate resiliency and performance optimization.
  • Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP BRIM. Experience with Convergent Mediation and Convergent Charging preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP architecture, including Fiori, CDS, AMDP, and SAP Solution Manager.
  • Experience in designing and implementing SAP solutions in complex, enterprise-level environments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated influencing skills, high level of technical and team leadership skills.
  • Ability to make strategic decisions and provide guidance on technology-related matters.
  • Perform hands-on solution design, development and implementation tasks including prototyping, proof-of-concepts, as needed to support projects and programs.

Technical Knowledge and Skills:

  • Hands on, in-depth Subscription to Cash experience on the BRIM platform with knowledge of specific flows of the e2e subscription process
  • Hands on development in SAP S4 using newer SAP development techniques
  • Hands on, in-depth SAP technical knowledge including Fiori, CDS, AMDP, ABAP, HANA, APIs, BTP, Cloud Integration
  • Experience with integration patterns, architectures, and technologies, such as web services, BTP, Mulesoft, Snaplogic, APIs, Convergent Mediation, and middleware
  • Familiarity with both OpenAPI and odata
  • 10+ years of experience in multiple SAP processes
  • Must know how to implement CI/CD practices
  • Technical knowledge and abilities related to BRIM data dictionary, BRF+, HANA, HANA Modeling, Solution Manager, SAP Best Practices
