The Contribution You'll bring to this Role: The Lamination Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the Wall Process, CTL Machines, CTW Machine, Custom Mat Production, Safety Grid, Electronic Cutter, Scored Roll, and Material Handling. This role ensures that production meets the desired quality and quantity standards. The Supervisor will work closely with other Area Supervisors, the Warehouse Manager, Purchasing Department, Production Scheduler, Quality Assurance Manager, and Engineering to maintain efficient workflows and effective communication across departments. In this role, you will report directly to the Production Manager, setting the stage for your career to soar!
