Position Summary To provide quality customer service and assistance to members, clients and customers coming into the facility through the various entry ways. Essential Functions
Working Conditions Ability to walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel and twist on an intermittent or sometimes continuous basis. Ability to grasp, push, pull objects such as files, file cabinet drawers, and reach overhead. Ability to operate computer, fax and telephone. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Minimum Qualifications
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
Education
High School or Equivalent (preferred)
Experience
Must have the ability to work with children, parents, staff and a variety of ages and groups. (preferred)
Must have or obtain First Aid/CPR/AED certification withing the first 90 days of employment. (preferred) Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (preferred) Previous customer service and point-of- sale experience preferred. (preferred) Skills
