N4 Solutions, LLC is seeking a Center Relationship Manager to support The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Consolidation Applications and Platforms (NCAPS) team. Through support services to satisfy the overall operational objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Work with NASA center leadership to drive customer satisfaction and ensure alignment with enterprise priorities
  • Develop and maintain customer relationship maps
  • Develop and maintain customer satisfaction plans and processes
  • Work with NASA center leadership to identify, track and manage center priorities, issues and requests
  • Work with center product owners and CACI's delivery team to align priorities to product backlogs and in PI planning events
  • Assist in managing performance against SLA metrics and preparing/delivering center specific status reports and information


  • Work with Team CACI NCAPS leadership in strategic planning, understanding of NASA/Center processes and priorities, and participate in monthly program review meetings


Minimum Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of NASA business systems and software development processes and procedures
  • Proven track record of effectively managing customer relationships.
  • Prior experience successfully identifying, managing, and resolving customer satisfaction issues.
