In this role, you will:



  • Drive the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing, focusing on generating new business opportunities.
  • Leverage and build upon your network of executive relationships to foster strategic partnerships and expand our client base.
  • Prospect, identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to achieve our sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to craft compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate our solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with prospective clients, ensuring terms that align with business objectives and profitability goals.



Who You Are:



  • A proven track record in business development with a demonstrated ability selling to C-Level executives.
  • A strong understanding of selling complex business solutions, preferably consulting or professional services.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills, with a proven history of building and maintaining relationships with C-level executives, influencers and key decision-makers.
  • The ability to grow and cultivate a client network through active outreach, engagement and networking.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in an innovative and entrepreneurial environment.
  • Experience using CRM software and sales management tools to effectively manage the end-to-end sales process.
