Position Summary Responsible for planning monthly menus, managing the preparation and pace of food for daily consumption and special events for up 150 clients, thus maintaining food quality, proper inventory and ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to. Essential Functions
Working Conditions Ability to walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel and twist on an intermittent or sometimes continuous basis. Ability to grasp, push, pull objects such as files, file cabinet drawers, and reach overhead. Ability to operate computer, fax and telephone. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Minimum Qualifications

Experience
Must be C-19 Vaccinated, TB cleared prior to working and possess a CPR and First Aid Certificates. (required)
Microsoft Office applications, email, work and excel (required) Must have work experience in kitchen/food service (preferred) Must be a certified food handler under the California Safety Code 97-0071. (required) Culinary Arts degree and/or one year of management and supervisory experience. (required) Licenses & Certifications
