Position Summary The Residential Monitor is responsible for providing direct supervision to 30 single adult men enrolled in Isaiah's House Bridge Shelter program, with the ultimate goal of helping participants transition to permanent housing. The Residential Monitor's role is to promote independent living skills and self-sufficiency of all clients served. Functions include providing security for the facility, enforcing program rules and regulations, as well as providing support to the case management team. Essential Functions
Working Conditions Ability to walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or sometimes continuous basis. Ability to grasp, push, pull objects such as files, file cabinet drawers, and reach overhead. Ability to operate computer, fax, and telephone. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. This Position requires employee to Vaccinated from COVID-19 or have a religious or medical approved exemption. Minimum Qualifications

Education
High School or Equivalent (required)
Experience
Experience Working With Individuals Experiencing Homelessness, Mental Illness, Substance Use Disorders, or Co-occurring Disorders. (preferred)
Licenses & Certifications
Food Handler's Card (required)
