Healthcare Sales Business Development, Senior Manager Key Role: Apply business development and sales expertise with a thorough knowledge and set of connections to the Healthcare Services market to sell, design, and support the implementation of Cyber, OT, and AI security solutions for leading healthcare companies in the addressable geographic region. Work with commercial business leaders to create, action, and execute a go-to-market strategy for the Nashville geography, focused on onboarding some of the largest healthcare services companies. Identify, establish, and maintain client relationships while closing new sales opportunities. Work with internal teams to manage and maintain the market's pipeline and generate client-ready marketing and proposal activities. Contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas, work on complex problems across matrixed teams, and provide creative solutions to solve our clients' core needs. Support marketing, intellectual capital development, operations, events, and logistics. Work with the team on complex tasks in the account, products and services, and the sales process. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $139,400.00 to $259,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
