Job Summary Estrella Mountain Community College (EMCC) is hiring a Media Production Design Analyst. This position is part of the team that acts as the in-house marketing agency for the college. This position role conceptualizes and creates the college's visual design solutions for a large variety of projects across digital and offline media, ranging from graphic design and brand guidelines to advertising/marketing campaigns to event announcements and campus posters. Essential Functions Creative Design for Marketing: (40%)
Internal Client Relations: (40%)
Coordinate with External Vendors (10%)
Photo Archival and Organization (10%)
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited institution in graphic design or related field and two years of professional journey-level experience in developing, planning, and implementing creative visual design projects and campaigns. OR Associate's degree from a regionally accredited institution in graphic design or related field and four (4) years of professional experience in developing, planning, and implementing creative visual design projects and campaigns. OR High school diploma or GED and six (6) years of professional experience in developing, planning, and implementing creative visual design projects and campaigns. Desired Qualifications A. Four (4) or more years' experience as a graphic designer, preferably for a creative or in-house agency B. Advanced knowledge/mastery of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator C. Experience and understanding of marketing principles related to graphic design; four (4) or more years' experience developing and creating multimedia design concepts D. Demonstrable graphic design skills with a compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects E.
