The Operation Sales Leader (OSL) will lead the Direct Store Delivery Excellence (DSDE) Playbook through execution of BBU Way to Operate.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Engage and inspire Sales Center Leader, frontline sales professionals, and Independent Business Partners to pursue the BBU vision for growth.
  • Support achievement of zero workplace injuries by performing safety observations within the Grupo Bimbo (GB) safety platform and executing safety awareness programs.
  • Create and maintain World-Class sales center(s) including best practices, route, brand, market share, and performance information to drive better execution in store.
  • Develop core competency plans and processes for sales center team through coaching and consistent performance feedback.
  • Be part of a team in an extraordinary organization where you can bring your authentic self to work each and every day

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred - High School diploma required - A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • 5-7 years of related experience in customer relations or sales.
  • At least 1 year of experience leading and influencing others.
  • Computer skills and proficiency, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word are required.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
  • Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical card.
