Summary:

Under the supervision of the Director of the Family Resource Coordination Unit, provides case management support to clients with Severe Emotional Disturbance and their families. Assists families in gaining access to full range of medical, psychological, substance abuse counseling, social, legal, educational, cultural/recreational, and supportive services. Prefer experience with child and adolescent mental health population.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in a mental health field

Work Experience:

Minimum of one year experience working with children with SED; providing in-home intervention to children and families, is preferred
