Our practice of team-centered patient care means that you will be collaborating regularly with a group of highly engaged imaging technical educators, nurses, radiologists and other staff. There are dedicated radiology clinical support teams to manage scheduling appointments, equipment maintenance, and other patient care needs. Teaching opportunities are available with our radiology assistants, students from the Schools of Medical Imaging, as well as learning opportunities across modalities for all technologists.

Johns Hopkins Imaging at Columbia Center is searching for a Ultrasound Technologist to join our elite team on a part time basis. As a Ultrasound Tech you will operate standard and specialized x-ray equipment to perform radiographic examinations used for diagnosis and treatment. Our patient population ranges from newborn to geriatric.

Minimum Qualifications:




  • High School diploma or equivalent including successful completion of an approved curriculum in diagnostic sonography.
  • Registration by The American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS).
  • CPR certification required within three months of employment.
  • Six (6) months of related experience.
  • New grads are encouraged to apply.



Shift:

40 hours per week

2:00pm-10:30pm

Monday - Friday

Some flexibility to do 4 - 10 hour shifts
