Senior Speech Pathologist, Per Diem

In this role, you will:

• Provide speech pathology services to patients in the acute setting at both Westwood and Santa Monica campuses
• Perform clinical swallow evaluations and treatment for patients with dysphagia
• Perform MBSS, FEES and communication/cognition evaluation and treatment
• Cover weekdays, weekends and holidays as needed
• Must be available to cover 2 holidays per year and 2 weekend dates per month'

• California State Speech Pathology license
• Able to efficiently learn new computer and clinic systems
• Possess a high level of clinical skill to work with complex medical and social situations
• Excellent critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent documentation abilities
• Experience with MBSS and communication/cognition evaluation and treatment required
• Experience with FEES required
• Experience with pediatrics is a plus
