Job Type: Officer of Administration Regular/Temporary: Regular Hours Per Week: 35 Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Position Summary Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Senior Financial Analyst provides support and analysis for day-to-day activities. The candidate will interact with the Divisions, as well as with Department Senior Management. Responsibilities Responsible for preparing divisional and individual faculty P/L statements on a quarterly basis. Prepare and upload monthly journal entries via the accounting system. Prepare monthly and ad hoc clinical reporting statements for distribution to the Divisions and the Department Senior Management. Closely monitor and review the unfunded projects of each of the financial units in the department. Participate in quarterly budget updates; prepare and process budget entries. Assist with other projects and tasks as assigned.
