N4 Solutions, LLC is seeking an Ethics Program Analyst to support our National Institute of Health (NIH) customer. This position is contingent upon passing a government suitability test.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Support the NIH Ethics Office in its oversight and administration of the NIH ethics program
  • Conduct initial technical and/or conflict reviews of the ethics documents and requests for outside and official duty activities
  • Review documents for completeness and accuracy of submission
  • Review submission for ethics compliance with governing statutes and regulations
  • Work with staff to review other ethic actions to include, but not limited to financial disclosures, Outside Activity Requests through the NIH Enterprise Ethics Systems (NEES)
  • Adhere to internal processes for receipt of and proper routing forms
  • Maintain current knowledge of ethics statutes, regulations, legal decisions, policies and procedures and their relationship to the functions of the Office, schedule ethics training sessions for employees, and attend training sessions for ethics specialist
  • Develop the ethics standard operating procedure (SOP) manual along with assisting with drafting administrative policies and procedures
  • Use various tracking systems including the Ethics Management Information System (EMIS) and NIH Enterprise Ethics Systems (NEES) to ensure accuracy of data while reviewing submissions and providing reports
  • Communicate and educate staff on new ethical policies and procedures including answering questions, timely distribution of new or revied guidelines, and the disseminating of information to staff summarizing regulations


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree
  • 1+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • U.S. Citizenship
