The Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting in daily operations.

State-of-the-Art Tunnel Wash System
Our advanced tunnel wash system automates much of the cleaning process, allowing for efficient, high-quality service. Your role is to assist customers, guide vehicles onto the conveyor, and ensure a smooth, premium experience.

A Hands-On, Active Work Environment
This is a fast-moving, physical job that keeps you engaged throughout the day. You'll be on your feet, working outdoors in all weather conditions, guiding cars into the wash tunnel, maintaining the site, and interacting with customers.

Work with Luxury Vehicles
You'll have the opportunity to work with the Lexus brand. Our customers trust us with their vehicles, and we take that responsibility seriously by delivering exceptional service every time.

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and guide them through service options, ensuring they choose the best package for their needs.
• Educate customers about our exclusive Fast Pass program and membership perks.
• Direct vehicles onto the conveyor system with precision, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Perform quick pre-wash inspections to ensure vehicles are ready for the tunnel wash.
• Monitor and maintain wash equipment to ensure smooth operation.
• Keep the Auto Spa clean and organized, including vacuum stations, trash bins, and work areas.
• Assist customers with questions and concerns, delivering top-tier service at all times.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to management for prompt resolution.
• Work as part of a team to maintain efficiency and deliver an outstanding car wash experience.
