As our Thermal Spray Technician, you'll have the opportunity to help shape the future of our company and make a lasting impact on our success. Essential Responsibilities Process coating jobs daily. Recommend coatings and applicable equipment: HOVF, Plasma, PTA, Spray/Fuse Develop process instructions for coating jobs Contribute to the implementation of the Nadcap Thermal Spray registration. Develop process instructions for coating jobs Perform aerospace quality management systems Set clear expectations and consistently meet them Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment using 5S practices Provide timely feedback on safety concerns and contribute to identifying effective countermeasures. Communicate any quality issues or disruptions. Demonstrate strong, hands-on leadership by setting a positive example for the team. Qualifications and Experience High School Diploma or equivalent Experience in shop environment Ability to read and understand instructions for quality and safety. Multi-tasking, organizational skills, attention to detail Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with HVOF, Plasma, PTA, Spray/Fuse systems.
