Responsible for communicating manufacturing execution to the broader organization. Essential Functions Coordinate manufacturing planning activities, ensuring alignment with production schedules, inventory levels, and customer demand. Identify material shortages, expediting orders, and adjusting production schedules. System and documentation support through identifying potential issues with the Bill of Material (BOM's) usage quantities and characteristics and escalating through standardized channels. Document production-related transactions to maintain a clear and accurate record. Identify and suggest improvements to manufacturing, planning processes and procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including planning, engineering, and operations, to ensure seamless manufacturing operations. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve manufacturing and planning objectives. Follow safety procedures and guidelines in the workplace. Must be able to perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation. Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment. Performs other duties within scope as assigned. Required Qualifications Education: High School or equivalent Education Equivalency: Relevant certification or vocational training may be preferred Work Experience: 1 year related experience Military Equivalency at www.mynextmove.org/vets/find/military Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of manufacturing experience Furniture manufacturing experience preferred; automotive experience also valued Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookExperience using Microsoft Copilot or similar AI tools Experience with SAP or other ERP systems Want to see inside a few of our Haworth facilities?
