Foley's Private Equity M&A team advises private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, along with middle market companies, on a broad range of M&A transactions. This role is focused primarily on U.S. and cross-border private equity M&A transactions, including platform acquisitions, add-on acquisitions, strategic divestitures and exit transactions. This role is well suited for attorneys seeking to deepen a private equity M&A practice while working alongside experienced deal lawyers on sponsor-side transactions across industries. We value collegiality, intellectual curiosity, and a practical approach to client service, and we strive to provide a professional environment that supports long-term career development. Strong academic credentials are required.
