Analyze and interpret complex data sets to generate actionable insights that support business decision-making processes Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements, capture metadata, and prepare data for analysis ensuring accuracy and completeness Assess and monitor data quality by partnering with data stewards and quality leads to implement remediation and governance practices Provide guidance and mentorship to junior data analysts to develop skills and promote knowledge sharing within the team Design and maintain scalable data frameworks and technical documentation to support data architecture and standardization Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed Education Level Acceptable Equivalent Experience Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience Experience: 4-7 years Experience in data identification, querying, cleaning, wrangling, checking quality, working with common relational and non-relational databases in big data environments on both on- prem and cloud such as Azure, AWS and Google Cloud. 4-7 years Experience articulating and translating business questions and using statistical techniques to arrive at an answer using data 4-7 years Experience writing and speaking about technical concepts to business, technical, and lay audiences and giving data-driven presentations 4-7 years Experience working with relational databases using SQL 4-7 years Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau etc. 2-4 years Experience with big data architecture and pipeline, such as Hadoop, Hive, Spark, and Kafka is a plus Skills: AtTask Business Insights Business Intelligence Software Business Requirements Analysis Collaboration DAX Language Dashboard Development Data Analysis Data Integration Data Integrity Data Lake Data Management Data Modeling Data Operations Data Quality Assessments Data Science Data Visualization Data Warehousing (DW) Data-Driven Decision Making Master Data Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI) Python (Programming Language) Quality Assurance (QA) Reference Data SQL Databases Tableau (Software) License/Certification Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) SnowPro Advanced: Data Analyst CompTIA Data Analytics Plus certification Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity: $102,695 - $205,390 National Base Pay Range: $89,300 - $178,600 The Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity represents the expected total cash compensation for this role at target performance, combining base salary and annual incentive opportunity. Actual earnings may be higher or lower depending on individual performance and overall company results. The base pay range reflects the compensation component of this opportunity. The candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on individual and/or company performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
